Our refund policy depends on what you ordered. Custom products, standard products, and services each have different terms—because they're fundamentally different types of work.
Custom Products
Items made specifically for you (pet sculptures, personalized engravings, custom orders).
Before Approval
Cancel anytime for a full refund. No questions asked.
After Approval
All sales final. Custom items can't be resold, so we can't accept returns.
Why We Have an Approval Process
You see exactly what you're getting before we make it. We offer up to 5 free revisions to get it right. Once you approve, we invest time and materials to create your piece—that's why approval is the point of no return.
Standard Products
Pre-made items purchased directly from our shop.
14-Day Returns
Return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging.
Easy Process
Contact us to initiate return. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Return Shipping
Buyer covers return shipping unless item arrived damaged or defective.
Services
Professional services like electroplating, finishing, or prototyping.
Quote First
You'll always receive a quote before work begins. No surprises.
Quality Guarantee
If our work doesn't meet agreed specifications, we'll redo it at no cost.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Customer Materials
We're not liable for defects in items you supply. If your part has issues, the service result may be affected.

Damage in Transit
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll repair, replace, or refund.
